In Nepal, there are two shortest people who are successfully kept their name in Guinness World Book Record. First is Khagendra Thapa Magar who was first shortest people in the world(2 ft. 2 in). He lost his title from Junrey Balawing of Philippines and he also lost his title from Chandra Bahadur Dangi(54.6 cm) in 2012. He is also known as oldest and shortest man in the world till 2015.He died on 3rd September 2015.

Rirendra Shrestha is the Youngest Photographer in the world. He was born on 29th December 2004. At the age of 2 years, he sells his photographic work at Nepal Art Council and successfully secures his name in Guinness Book of World record.

Thaneswar Guragai from Nepal holds record of most basketball bounces in a shortest time period on 7th October 2010. He bounces 444 times in One minute. The witness was also the president of basketball of Nepal.
