Gary Mckinnon
Gary Mckinnon is a famous name in the field of computing and hacking he also was known by the name of “Solo” in the hacking field. He has hacked U.S. military and NASA servers and deleted around $700,000 worth data and sensitive files in 2001. He didn’t these all things intentionally but for extraterrestrial life.

Robert Tappan Morris
In the list of dangerous hacker group the name Robert Tappan Morris also come on the top. He has released worms that brought down the one-tenth of the internet on November 2, 1988. Fortunately, police track him after releasing of worms and finally arrested by police. Morris regretted the releasing of worms and amount of damaged causing by his worms. At that time his worms caused damage around $15 million worth.

The denial of service attack (DDoS) was first introduced by the hacker Yan Romanowski in 2000 and was arrested for releasing DDoS. He is also known as MafiaBoy in the field of hacking. Romanowski attack was a very dangerous attack in the history of computing and networking who has down many of largest sites like Amazon, eBay, and Yahoo. Though he is no more than a script kiddie he succeeds to damage and down the largest internet sites. People believe that if he had used all his power, he could have done unimaginable damage.

Kevin Poulsen
Kevin Poulsen was a talented and creative hacker who was specialized in hacking phone systems, particularly radio station and known by the name of Dark Dante in the hacker community. His iconic 1991 hack was a takeover of all of the telephone lines for the Los Angeles KIIS-FM radio station, guaranteeing that he would be the 102nd caller and win the prize of a Porsche 944 S2. The bold Poulsen was wanted by the FBI for federal computer hacking at the same time he was winning the Porsche and $20,000 in prize money at a separate station. Poulsen spent 51 months in a federal prison, the longest sentence of a cyber criminal at that time.

David Smith
David Smith person who introduced infamous email virus known as Melissa. Actually, he didn’t introduce that virus for harm but for the virus was sent to computer systems and server throughout the world via the internet. The virus which was introduced by him was in the hidden format at its original form containing the password to 80 pornography websites. Even though more than 60,000 email viruses have been discovered, Smith is the only person to go to federal prison in the United States for sending one.
