As our researched and observation, we have found so many energetic and talented sportsmen in Nepal, Some of them are listed as below;
Baikuntha Manandhar
There is a one and only legendary marathon runner in the history of Nepal and called Baikuntha Manandhar who was born in 24 December 1952 and served as Nepalese Army in Kathmandu. He is a most popular athlete of Nepal who has three consecutive gold medal in marathon at the south Asian games, held in Kathmandu (1984), Dhaka (1985) and Kolkata (1987).
Dipak Bista
Dipak Bista is a most successful taekwondo player in the history of Nepal who was born in 2 july 1976. He has registered 13 fights till the date and won 5 games. Among them 11 games are the international games in which he won the bronze medal in welterweight category in 2006 at Asian Game. In his sports career, he has won 4 gold medal in SAARC Game.
Hari Khadka
Hari khadka is a famous footballer of Nepal (born 26 November 1976 in Jhapa) and severing national team over the decade as a striker and as a coach right now. He has started his football career form the RaniPokhari corner team. Hari Khadka is has registered 65 goals in all club levels games.
Dachhiri Sherpa
Dachhiri Sherpa is a cross-country skier of Nepal who has competed three winter Olympics. He has started to compete in 2003 and his best finish of 86th in the 15km event at Sochi in 2014.
Mera Rai
Mera Rai is a trail runner form Nepal. She is from a remote part of Nepal, Bhojpur. She has participated so many national and international competition and has won several awards. She was a winner of 2017 adventure of the year of national geography 2017.
Parash Khadka
Parash khadka (born 24 October 1987) is a right handed batsman and all-rounder Nepali cricketer and the current captain of Nepali cricket team as well as APF club. His first debate for Nepal was in 2004 against Malaysia. He is the sixteenth Nepali cricketer to score an international century.
Gyanendra Malla
Gyanendra Malla is a young, talented and energetic Nepali cricketer and the vice-captain of Nepali cricket team. He is a right handed batsman who made his debate for Nepal against Namibia in March 2006 and he is the seventh Nepali cricketer to score an international century.
Gaurika Singh
Gaurika Singh is a young and talented swimmer of Nepal. She started her swimming career at the age of eight. She has participated many national and international swimming games and has one sliver and three bronze medal for swimming at the 2016 South Asian Games.
Sipora Gurung
Sipora Gurung is a beautiful athlete, volleyball player of Nepal. She also a Miss Nepal top 5 finalist, model and actress of Nepal. She was a youngest player in 10th South Asian Games held in Shri Lanka. At that time she was just 13 years old beautiful girl. Now she could not play the games due to the knee injury.
Rajendra Bahadur Bhandari
Rajendra Bahadur Bhandari is a long distance runner and solider of Nepal. He has got four medals. In 9th Asian Game he won two silver medal and in 10th Asian Game he won two gold medals.
